Windshield 2021 forester

The windshield on my Subaru forester was cracked in multiple places I contacted my insurance company and they suggested that I go to the Safelite repair Center on 18th Ave. in 86 Street in Brooklyn. My first attempt to replace the glass was met with the manager at that location telling me that the insurance company had sent the wrong Glass. I asked to have the correct Glass sent an appointment was made for the following Thursday I took off of work the Wednesday evening I was called at 5:15 at night and was told that the glass had not gotten there yet after a week. My appointment was rescheduled for the following week 527 2021 and on the 26th I contacted the store and spoke to the manager and asked if my glasses come in and if it was OK for me to come in the next day. I came in the next day on my schedule time took another day off work and my Glass was not at the shop the glass comes from Pennsylvania and I don't understand why it's taking more than two weeks for it to be delivered. I also don't understand why I'm being told to come in for appointments when my parts are not there. I showed the manager my phone with the phone number of the office and a five minute conversation and the manager said that he did not speak to me I asked him who I spoke to for five minutes and he said he did not know but if I tell anybody that I spoke to him he would deny it. I would like to know if this is normal policy he told me there was nothing he can do and pretty much said too bad will contact you if and when we get the glass. I don't appreciate being lied to and my time being taken advantage of.
