Window blinds were ordered and the widths were all cut differently.

We ordered 3 blinds: 64 1/4 71 1/2 43 3/4 What we received was: 64 71 1/2 43 When I called to complain I was told that their policy was to subtract 1/2 from width ordered. Crazy policy!! So not a single one of these were cut correctly by THEIR policy. User's recommendation: Don’t order from them if you need a precise width because they do not want to refund a special ordered item.
