Willfully lying about product availability

I purchased a Brother printer online on 10/17 with a statement I would receive the printer by Wed 10/21. On 10/19, I was informed that the printer was not in stock after all, that it was back-ordered and would be received in 2-3 weeks or maybe later. Office Depot continues showing that this printer will be received in 1-3 days after ordering. Willfully and intentionally lying. User's recommendation: Do not believe Office Depot availability.
