In September 2020 I ordered and paid for a Real Bed mattress from Charles P Rogers. Their web site promises to send you an email when your mattress is shipped. BUYER BEWARE!!!! You will be absolutely stuck with this expensive inferior mattress AND forget the 25 year warranty!!

This Nano 2 is the 2nd CPR mattress I bought (2019). It has never been comfortable and despite multiple pleas for resolution and MANY times completely undoing everything to send pictures to “prove” my issue, they WILL NOT resolve my issue (sinks in the middle!)
