Will not send refund

I ordered and paid for a slipcover in August 2010. In September 2010 i received an email from the company saying they were getting ready to cut the fabric. In December 2010 I received an email saying they didn't have enough fabric and wanted to substitute another fabric at no additional cost. I relied to the email saying I did not want another fabric and that I wanted a refund. I have called and emailed them several times and no one will get back to me about the status of my refund. I actually talked with someone last week who said he would get back to me asap but to no avail. My order # is 1035 and my refund should be $354.00. I have all the paper work and correspondance with the company. It has been over 6 months now since I placed the order.
