Been with them 15 years and have also payed a maintenance contract. In the past they installed cellular service for the security system because lightning kept taking out panel. We had the camera system for two weeks when lightning also took this out. When they came to repair.. they informed me it was an act of God and I would have to pay another $1600.00. Also could not cancel monitoring and have pay 3 years service for what I dont have! Scammed the elderly User's recommendation: Don’t trust ADT they’re crooks.
