I booked a cruise last January 2020 for the Bahamas to leave April 3, 2020 then Covid happened, and my cruise was cancelled, it took me months to get a hold of someone, and when I finally did they said they sent me a email about a chose i had to ether get a refund or rebook, so in good faith I rebooked for this April leaving the 10th. Well went on line to sign on and make sure everything i would need for my cruise, found out that this one was also cancelled. Now I asked for my money back and they said no I can only have a credit, a credit for a third of the total cost of the original cruise.
