When we did the final walk thru of our house on Feb 13th 2020 we told the building manager that there was something wrong with the sliding door - I could not pull it open or closed, it was too hard. No one ever fixed the issue, even though they took our money, and now I am being told I have to wait two months before they will even think of addressing it. I don't care what's going on - I just want what I paid for!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT CLOSE until broken things are fixed!
