I got the Hopscotch dinner set in 1993 for a wedding present. I still use them. They are still pretty. In 2011, I bought 2 sets of the Poppy dinner set from JCPenny. Days after I bought them, they became dull, hairline cracks like spider webs, Chips, handles on coffee cups just fell off. Customer service was evasive and did not offer any help. We exchanged emails fir iver a month. Snd they didnt care to help. I am down to a couple plates and thats it. I will NEVER buy another product from them. I cannot understand why they would lower their quality to the point of losing customers by the boat load when it took so long to build up the great reputation they HAD.
