Why can’t I deposit on my binance account with sepa

I'm currently in Germany, and don't have credit cards at the moment. I only have debit card, then I tried to deposit on my finance account but failed. Furthermore, I suppose I can deposit with SEPA, but the problem is that SEPA option was suspended for a few weeks now on my account. I don't know what to do and if SEPA will be available soon or not.
