For those of you who do not already know this Ditech has filed chapter 11 bankruptcy again for the second time in a little over a year. A lot of the accounts were transferred to another company, which I'm sure will cause your account to go in the arrears while they lose all of your payments. Sherry what paperwork do you have, we need to stop this company. Please anyone reading this and is wanting to see if we can file a class action law suit on this company contact me by my e mail.
