Incompetent manager

Misdiagnosed a problem on my air conditioning. Said it was a compressor, sold me a new compressor. Air conditioner still didn’t work. After cost of $900.00 I brought it back and they disregarded me said it was working, but only sometimes just like before. I brought it to another Subaru who said it was an expansion valve...
