I bought a Whirlpool washing machines. The product washes with very little water, some clothes are not even wet when it started washing. I tried the "Deep Water Wash" features, it added small amount of water the effect is the same. Clothes easily gets damaged. I have to add water by myself every wash. There is also a feature for, "Drain and Spin", I tried this too and first it will add water and wait for some time, before it will start to spin, in about 20 minutes the process will end. OVERALL this machine is very frustrating to use. I can only speak bad for this company making this product. Will never buy any from this brand. User's recommendation: Stay away from this brand.
