Congratulations on having this washer last less than six years. A year and a half after we bought it, the machine started to rust on the outside around the bleach dispenser. It was under warranty and I was told how to repair it but it was not covered by the extended warranty we bought. Now, the machine goes off balance with a heavy load and we have to wait around till it starts. I just looked at you site and they are recalling washers made between 2014 and 2018. Funny thing we never received a notice and yet we have or moved or changed any addresses. numbers etc. I commend you on your poor performance. Evidently you don't want washers to last more than six years. We are getting another washer, certainly not Whirlpool.
