My credit card was charged, and I never received my order. I talk to Alli, and a Supervisor by the name Chad that Mrs Ella transferred me to, only to listen to lies because everything he was saying was totally contrary to what ups tracking was indicating, but when I asked to speak with someone above him he bluntly said No! he was so rude. Be careful ordering because if you have any problems there is no one to speak with but rude Representatives like this one. I wouldn't recommend this company only because they're not reliable and staff is incompetent! User's recommendation: Representatives are incompetent and rude.
