Where is my spa cover

I ordered a spa cover on June 2 and paid by credit card. It is now August 20 and I have not heard from them regarding the status of my order. When I call it goes into voice mail. I have left several messages and requested a call back and have not heard from them. Their message is to send an email which I have done and still have not received a response. I just went on the better business bureau web site and the list of complaints similar to mine is very long. If I had checked that out first I never would have placed an order. I had ordered from them several years ago and was satisfied with the product and the service but now I’m just pissed and frustrated I’m trying to figure out my next step.
