When will my car be ready?

My vehicle has been at the Maaco Garden City, Michigan location since June 30,2020. I went in for a side swipe on my passenger side and havent received my car since. How long do I have to wait? Is this normal? No insurance job IM PAYING CASH GIVE ME A REASON I DONT HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
