I really appreciate the Life Alert service I received. I fell and was unable to get up by myself. A nice lady came on the device and talked to me. She called my daughter and the fire department. I was not alone above 15 minutes. The neighbor called by my daughter and the firemen arrived at the same time. The firemen picked me up, offered to get me more help, but I was fine. Embarrassed, but fine. Thank you for the service you provided. - J.H.
