What is going on with this company?

This is the first time I have experienced any issues with Briova in the over two years I’ve been with them. After reading other reviews, I guess I’m lucky. Every month they call me to remind me I need a refill.....great! They even call to tell me when my package is shipped. All wonderful services. No reminder this month. On 9/9, I called to renew my Rx, four different times during the day, waiting up to 45 minutes, to no avail. Today I called, determined to wait it out. It’s been one hour and nine minutes so far. I got a rep after 45 mins, can barely understand him, and he told me he’s getting an error message on my account, and he will put me on hold for 3-4 minutes. 18 minutes later, he comes back to say he’s doing the legwork to get my error message fixed, can I hold? Can you call me back? No, stay on the line, and now he’s gone and I’m listening to canned music, no idea how long this will take. Do I hang up, try another time, or suck it up? I’ve already wasted 5-6 hours on this already. I never take the survey after, but today....I will. Ridiculous....
