Hi I called KGI Resorts three times yesterday. I could not log into their site. Three time they said it was fixed. Before we purchased our timeshare we were ready to walk out no deal. Than they said we will give the Travel booking site no fee for life. Than we said ok it is a deal. I get letters every year for renewal fees I call them up, and I also email them we do not pay the fee it was part of the package. Each time they check on their computer oh we are so sorry. This time they locked me out of website. I do not understand why they can not get this fixed. They told me they put the IT team on it. I tried to registrator with a different email that did not work either. The code below is what I keep getting. member creation failed code = 0
