Ordered through their website and drove there for curbside pickup through Click and Collect. The Ikea website claims that you drive up to the Click and Collect area and someone will load the products into your car. When I arrived at the store there was no such thing. I spoke with an employee and he told me they don't have this service. An hour driving time for nothing. This was my last time shopping at Ikea. User's recommendation: Forget about Ikea.
