For three days I was out of power and I keep trying to call to find out what was going and every time you call it would put you on hold and then tell you all agent were busy and then it would hang up this happened for three days. This is uncalled for. And something needs to bee done. I have grandbaby that were cold. Someone needs to fix the problem. that is not right what happened to us when it was that cold.
