My Plumber Installed this Richmond heater after it only lasted 2.75 years from previous installation. Now he installed the new one with a 3-year warranty only. This product is made cheap just like the rest of the brands. It cost me $300 labor which is normal for a plumber's installation. User's recommendation: I do not care which brand you buy today. They all have poor reviews.
