I purchased a washer at the beginning of 2021. The company they sent to repair misdiagnosed the issue twice. I am still without a washer. This is ridiculous and shows that they really only care about their profits and not customer satisfaction. User's recommendation: Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ANY WHIRPOOL PRODUCTS THEY ARE JUNK. Don't be fooled by different brand names many are a part of Whirlpool Corporation. I employ anyone don't buy a Whirlpool product!
