They brought in the new washing machine. While unscrewing the old washing machine from the bottom (storage box), they broke the holder pieces. They refused to instal the new one because they claimed it would not hold with the broken holder pieces. They were the ones that broken it in the first place. Why is it my fault? I don't understand.
