We Ordered washer dryer on April 14 and we still haven't received it. We called a couple of times and they keep extending the delivery time. We called the customer service couple of time and said what is the status in April May and they said it will come in June first week. It's June 9th and we have t heard from them. We emailed and when we asked for refund they said store credit and as it's a final sale we can't get a refund. We are stuck now. It's not like it was super cheap! My husband ordered thinking it's a deal for maybe $100 cheaper but service is so bad and no one cares if they have one or more client issues. It was a big and huge mistake shopping from there. We have used Canadian appliances and have never he such an issue. They don't even have a ombudsman to complain. So disappointed and will warn everyone never to shop from here!
