Was not able to be seen

Had an appointment 9/29/2020 @ 11am I call to let them know I was running late 15min or so was stuck in traffic on 696. The young lady who answered said it was ok as long as I arrived by 11:30am it was fine. I arrived at the center at 11:30 on the dot. I have to run out to get my mask and when I came back I was told I had to reschedule. I drove over 1 hour and I spoke with the manager, and she said I couldn't be seen. I will never go to this place if business and spend a dime. User's recommendation: Stay away poor customer service.
