Payed for 15.00 dollars of gas. It charged my card but the cashier said it was insufficient. I showed him the charge and he shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager but he was the only one there. Asked if there was anyone he could contact. He said there wasn't. I called customer support and they put enough points to get 5 dollars of gas. He tried to ring it up and couldnt figure it out. Again there was nothing he could do. I was cheated out of money and dont have the gas to get home and all I got was a shrug.
