Warranty replacement status.

I am waiting on a response from the CSC support MTD. I put in a warranty request from a repair shop that does Craftsman warranty claims. He gave me the paper stating the trimmer was not worth repairing. I sent it to the CSC email along with my purchase receipt but have heard anything back about my claim. The case number is 0651****. Would like an update on my claim please. Thanks.
