I purchased (2) Zoey Flexsteel Ind. power glider recliners in Feb. 2019. October 2020 (1) chair stop reclining. Furniture center sent out a repair person to find out the problem. Finding were that the Kaidi linear actuator was bad and was told they ordered the part from Flexsteel Ind. I check of the status of my warranty part today and was told the furniture retailer is still waiting on part. Over 4 month. I can go on-line to JM parts and have it here by Friday 2/26/21. NOT HAPPY with customer service. Paid $1,600 each. User's recommendation: Be careful on you buy and where it is made. These chairs were manufactured in China.
