Warranty for replacement of defective P30 Bone Conduction Headphone

I purchased 2 pairs of P30 Bone Conduction Headphones on October 2nd 2020 charged on my Visa $97.00 for the first pair and $67.00 for the second now one set is defective and is not charging, I need you to replace this one unit or give me a refund for it. Please advise what needs to be done to solve this issue. I will contact the credit company to dispute the charges User's recommendation: very difficult to get in touch with the company to resolve a warranty issue.
