Warranty follow up on a Saturday!

I had warranty service at my home on Tuesday morning. Technition determined it was switches which needed to be replaced. Told me they should send them to me in around 3 days! No calls so I called RTG service line! I paid for extended service when I bought the furniture and then I am told it is up to the service company as to what will be done and when. RTG switchboard offered to switch me over to that company... but they only work Mon-Fri. So here I am screwed again! User's recommendation: Don’t pay for warranty extension.
