Warranty Fail

I had a fantastic, seamless experience the first time I bought a car with Carvana. The second time has been quite the opposite. First, they quoted me a certain amount on my trade in and then changed their minds and took a $1000 off the quote. This ended up changing my promised car payment and I was never notified. Then, my car drop off date got delayed a week for some unknown reason. Once I finally got the car, I was very happy with it. I still feel I got a great deal on it. I did notice that the car lacked floor mats. Im not sure why. Then, four days after purchase, my rear passenger tire popped. We had only had the car for FOUR days. I call Carvana and they ask me to send pictures of the tire. They approve getting the tire fixed under the seven day warranty. I had to jump through another hoop with Silver Rock insurance company but they had agreed to fix it. I take it in to the designated tire facility and after waiting an hour, they tell me that Carvana has changed their mind about covering the tire. Carvana thought that the tear in the sidewall was our fault. We hadnt had any accidents in that time and no one drove through a construction zone. There was no reason for this tire to pop. Today I had to pay $110 to replace the tire. Ive had the car for one week. Im a single mom and a teacher. I had to come up with the money right before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, I will never buy another car with Carvana again. The refusal to cover my tire will now cost you thousands of lost dollars and a bad review.
