Update by user May 24, 2021 Haven’t had any reply from Tristar. Original review posted by user Apr 01, 2021 I have a Tristar Viper G2 12 gauge Titanium. Butt Stock broke shooting dove load. Tristar only have a 1 year warranty on wood furniture. Oh well I wasnt covered. Contacted Tristar about a replacement stock on 09/14/20. Parts department said they had the stock but would have to find it. Gave them my contact info so they could let me know when They found it. I heard nothing so I reached back out to them January 2021. They still couldnt find butt stock and offered me a discount on different stocks but had to get discount approved.. I again gave them my contact info and waited. Today is 04/01/21 reached out to Tristar and told them the previous. Low and behold they have the stock, but its base price is $175.00. Not including tax and shipping. That total is almost half the price of the shotgun. No discount as offered before. Have a shotgun that is useless Thanks Tristar. Im sure on day there will be stocks offers for these. User's recommendation: Read up on warranty programs before you purchase.
