Warranty

Purchased a 10inch multi media car radio from cash crusaders. Came with a 12 month warranty. Radio was fitted by a qualified installer. After 10 months the radio stopped working. Cash crusaders refused to replace or refund. According to their technician report , incorrect speakers was used. Note, the cutoff fuse on the radio didn't blow. The sound ic was also fine.
