I placed order 5/15/20 they stated on website 3 weeks before items ship. June 6 notified them that I did not get a confirmation email or my order. They said the order would be processed in 7 days. My credit card charged 4 days later emailed them again looking for tracking information since they charged the card, they said it was sent to the shipping department will not ship for another 7 to 14 days. I requested to cancel the order will be too late to plant, if in shipping department why not just ship and don't charge my card until shipped, every repeatable company does this. They sent email that I might be able to get a refund since its in shipping department. BS I will contact my cc company. Do not order from here, this was my first time, never again if I could give a zero I would. Gurneys, Brecks, and Garden supply re the best online companies to use. User's recommendation: Never order from here.
