1st delivery was the wrong item. 2nd attempt was damaged. The item is a LIFT RECLINER needed as my husband is coming out of the hospital after having his knee "removed" due to a staff infection and a temp. piece of plastic put in. Will NOT be able to bend knee. May be 8 weeks of antibiotic drip before he gets his knee back. So it's IMPORTANT i GET THIS CHAIR ASAP. Now their telling 4 more days. After all their mistakes User's recommendation: Take names & date (CEO is Jeffrey Seaman) he's my next step.
