Want to order something but local store won’t look it up

I talked to someone at my local buddy's home furnishings and told them I had found something on the website that I wanted. The person who I talked to wouldn't even look online to see about getting it for me. I told him that I found a gaming monitor that I wanted you guys have it online as a single item,
