Want a refund on my pizza and the manager will not give me a refund

Yes it's a problem. I was denied a refund by the manager a Sbarro. She was disrespectful. A employee didn't make the pizza correctly as asked. I was an out-of-towner and didn't have time to wait for another to be made. The manager didn't give me an option except remake the pizza or take the messed up pizza. I asked for thr corporate number. The manager told me to Google it myself. She made another pizza and it was worse than the other. I was already behind schedule. To have to deal with this type of leadership is unacceptable. I've been to a lot Sbarro restaurants and it's one of my favorite places. I just want my refund!!!
