Want a full refund

I ordered the cologne called one million on June 15th yall told me that if I spent $75 or more that it would be free express overnight shipping that I would get it the next day haven't recieved it yet and it was for my son for Father's Day I'm highly disappointed can I get my cologne and a full refund thank you.
