Walmart Money Card Keeping Account Blocked

I added my husband to my account as family account. He received his card and his large direct deposits went to his card. They then locked my account and his card. Unblocked after verifying ID 3 times but husbands card ( that I am primary account holder) has been blocked and all money missing and they will n ot fix. We have missed our flight for vacation, spent thousands on vacation and now cannot go. User's recommendation: DO NOT GET WALMART CARD.
