Waive $5.00 fee

I attempted to make a $50.00 payment via Macy's auto payment line. The payment would not process..so next prompt was to speak to a Customer Service Rep.. he did not have the authority to waive the fee...so now I have been on hold for 25+ minutes with a "supervisor" that does not have the authority to remove the $5.00 fee... CRAZY User's recommendation: so don't shop or call Macy.

If you are actual Representative of Macys you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
