I was charged on airbnb and then i was locked out of my account. I was told i would be refunded because airbnb canceled my reservation. I still have not been refunded. I was charged on June 19th. I have the statement where i was charged. I would just appreciate my refund being it was not my cancelation but airbnb. I have called numerous times as well as messages to airbnb on Facebook. I continue to get the run around regarding my refund. They have not helped me at all. I do not i per. User's recommendation: I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING Airbnb.
