Waiting for my refund for 2 weeks

There is quite a complicated story of using their services. I ordered a mobile phone for my nephew but I got to know that this present was already planned by his parents. I cancelled my order on their website, and hoped to receive money back immediately. Instead of having my cash back, I had to write many claims and explain what happened about me cancelling it. Now, two weeks since my last follow up, and I am still waiting for my money. They told me it does not depend on them but just their accounting security policy. By now, I am patiently waiting, however, if I have to wait more, I would complain a lot and everywhere.
