Re: contract # R15837 This is my second email. A service request was placed for this contract and the service provider has been to our home and has recommended to Fidelity that we get a new dishwasher. I have received no follow up information from Fidelity giving me information or instructions for obtaining a new dishwasher. I have emailed previously and called multiple times. Each time I call, I get stuck in recorded messages that go around and around and then hangs up on me before I ever get a human being. There is no information on your web site telling me how to proceed. Please email me or call me with next steps. Paige OKeeffe
