I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund. Initially, I was told it would take 3-5 business days, then 10 business days, then 15 business days. I have tried to speak to a supervisor, and was on hold over 45 minutes, then disconnected, twice! For a store that values its customers, I am grossly disappointed. I can not recommend shopping there at all. Such a shame, it used to be a great store.
