Wait times on phone line

We need to contact them due to access issue. they only provide one number for every issue and the wait time (no matter what time of the day i call) is over 118 minutes!! and you can't get your treatment if you cant log in! insane! get more people! User's recommendation: it's a required step to claravis, so we have no choice!!
