VW is by far the worst CS i have ever dealt with.the people that work in the store are fine.its just when i call the store, i get put into a VW queue and on hold for hours at a time day after day.im having problem with my recently purchased glasses and i'm having trouble seeing my PC. in fact using old pair and they are much better. i don't want to jut go to store in this Covid age. so i don't know what to do. User's recommendation: yes if you just have to go to store, no if you ever have to contact them by phone.
