Doing Fraud Under The Name Of Anti Fraud

1

Hello, today i wanted to introduce you with a very fast growing company VOX SOLUTIONS, a company that has rapidly grown in prominence within the telecom industry under the pretense of offering anti-fraud solutions. Prior to 2022, VOX Solutions was merely an aggregator with a limited presence in the market. However, in just two years, they have managed to position themselves as a significant entity, even catching the attention of major industry organizations like GSMA. Unfortunately, this growth has come at a considerable cost, both to their employees and to the integrity of the telecom industry as a whole.

VOX Solutions has been aggressively recruiting highly skilled professionals from the industry, often offering them substantial salaries to entice them to join. However, once these employees are on board, the company systematically exploits their expertise and knowledge. After extracting all the valuable information they can, VOX Solutions discards these employees, either by terminating their employment or by demoting them in a manner that is both unethical and humiliating. In many cases, they appoint the juniors of these experienced professionals as the new department heads, effectively stripping the original hires of their authority and responsibility. This practice not only undermines the professional dignity of the employees but also destabilizes the departments they were brought in to strengthen.

Management at VOX Solutions is plagued by internal politics, placing inexperienced individuals in critical roles based on personal connections rather than merit. This results in knowledgeable employees being sidelined and demoralized.

On the operational side, VOX Solutions is engaging in deceptive and fraudulent business practices. The company promotes itself as a leader in anti-fraud and flash call (FC) solutions, boasting about the effectiveness of its machine learning (ML) modules. However, these claims are nothing more than marketing ploys, designed to mislead potential clients and partners. In reality, the solutions offered by VOX are far from cutting-edge and do not deliver the promised results. The company has been able to secure exclusive partnerships with several major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) by making grand promises that are ultimately unattainable.

Once these partnerships are in place, VOX Solutions engages in Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) schemes to manipulate the data and traffic patterns. They generate and then block SMS traffic at the hub or firewall level, creating a false appearance of increased traffic. For example, if an (OTT) service had a daily traffic volume of 10,000 messages for a particular destination before partnering with VOX, that volume would inexplicably increase to 200% after VOX takes over. This sudden spike is not a result of organic growth but is artificially created to meet the inflated commitments made to MNOs. This manipulation has far-reaching consequences, forcing major industry players like META and Google to seek alternative authentication methods such as Flash Call (FC) and Rich Communication Services (RCS).

VOX Solutions is making substantial profits from these fraudulent activities, particularly through their involvement in AIT. They are conducting these operations under the cover of another company, BEOX, which serves as a front for these illegal activities. BEOX is responsible for carrying out the AIT operations that enable VOX to deliver on its false promises. The MNOs involved, including those in countries like Azerbaijan (Azercell, Azerfon, Bakcel), Kosovo (IPKO), Kyrgyzstan (Beeline), Palestine (Jawwal), Malawi (TNM), Slovenia (Telekom Slovenije), Egypt (Etisalat), Lebanon (Alfa), and many others, are complicit in these activities, likely because they are benefiting financially from the proceeds of this fraud.

What is even more alarming is the culture of silence that pervades VOX Solutions. Everyone within the company is aware of these unethical practices, but they remain silent due to fear of retaliation. The CEO, Ehsan, ensures this silence by either offering generous payouts to those who might speak out or by forcing employees to resign under the threat of being blacklisted in the industry. These employees are often required to sign non-disclosure agreements that prevent them from revealing the truth about what goes on behind the scenes at VOX Solutions. This culture of fear and intimidation ensures that the company's unethical practices continue unchecked, with no accountability.

In conclusion, VOX Solutions has built its success on a foundation of deceit, manipulation, and exploitation. The company’s business practices are not only unethical but also pose a significant threat to the integrity of the telecom industry.

I'm sure it's all true. At the World Telemedia conference in Marbella, the CEO of the BEOX company, Mr. Kivanc T., personally offered to deal with SMS AIT, assuring us that he works with a strong company (now we understand we are talking about VOX Solutions) that supplies oil from Iran and they have a lot of money, but we refused.

In order for something to be a contradiction in the article you first need to understand what is a contradiction and the business case for everyone involved in this chain. Saying something is a contradiction doesn't make it a contradiction. By providing Firewall solutions to the MNOs they are able to close down potential grey routes over which the traffic can be coming to the network. If they have a grey route they are risking all AIT traffic eventually going over those grey routes and not over their connections. Once they are able to close down all grey route they can generate AIT traffic. Also as the article mentions, they are terminating this traffic on their platform side, not even sending the traffic to the mobile operators. It is funny that they are claiming how they have solutions for AIT traffic while at the same time generating AIT. Sounds like creating a problem and selling the solution for it. Not the first business that has done that. (i.e. weapon makers, many tech companies, medical industries) Main difference all those companies are paying a lot of money to stay under the radar and not that obvious, but Vox has their ex. employees coming out this way with evidence.

I wonder what the GSMA representative has to say about this post? Can someone share information about this post with them? The organization is getting sponsorship and money from a fraudster that everyone knows about..

Yes, everyone is aware of what’s happening, but don’t expect GSMA to take any action. VOX Solutions has strategically placed the right people on their payroll and has even hired individuals like Alan M., who are meant to influence the market and GSMA, ensuring that everything appears clean on the surface.

As long as Vox do have a good footprint in the world with a list of MNO's then all what is negative people or competitors trying to say is all lies and hard to believe

How much did Vox pay you for that comment? ;) Unfortunately, your claim doesn’t hold up. Vox does not have a good footprint in the world. The reality is that the major OTT players have had very negative experiences with Vox, and they are quite open about these issues with their partners. There’s no need for anyone to lie about it—what the company does is well known in the industry. In the end, it’s just about hiring a few influencers from the telco space to push an anti-fraud narrative to clean up the image. But the truth always comes out, and people aren’t buying it.

There is no need for them to pay him as long as he is telling his own opinion and what he believe the truth is

What are you talking about? I’m currently an employee at VOX and can confirm the accuracy of the first post above. Fortunately, my identity remains anonymous, otherwise I would be in serious trouble with our boss. Right now, there is an internal investigation underway to identify who is leaking information, and they have already terminated some colleagues suspected of being involved.

By the way, my reply above was to Ayman, but he/she seems to have deleted their post.

I don't think MNO's would sign a contract with Vox before going through their technical solution first to make sure they do have the right one to implement..So stop spreading unrealistic info to help competitors WIN WIN Vox existing customers by telling untrue things about them

It seems you may not fully understand the dynamics of this industry. MNOs often sign contracts because key individuals are compensated or influenced, sometimes even through bribery. If the original post were entirely unrealistic, it wouldn’t have been shared here. I work for an MNO, and we rejected VOX’s practices of paying individuals, which led to their exclusion from our RFP process. Additionally, from our industry contacts, we’ve learned that some MNOs have already terminated their agreements with VOX.

This will most likely be the most discussed topic at all future telecom conferences. I can already imagine how VOX Solutions and Beox will get questions from the legal departments every time they review the contract. What a shame! By the way, does anyone wonder why BEOX (very similar to BEE OX, a worker BEE) generates the AIT traffic for VOX Solutions - queen? Both companies sounds like synonym.
