I have been trying for days to obtain an appointment for my Covid injection. I am 70 years old and have been given the run around by Walgreens. You cannot get in the web to schedule an appointment. The pharmacy tried they got me an appointment but could not confirm it. So, I was unable to go to the appointment. Phone number given by the pharmacy tech did not work. Unable to schedule an appointment on the web. Yet friend of mine have received calls from the pharmacy to come in. Another friend went on line and got an appointment for the next day when it told me there were no appointments for 3 days. What is wrong with Walgreens? What is wrong with their web site? Why has it not been fixed?
